He won't get interested in me!!

Hey girls, this is the fist time I post here! I'm in a complicated situation. I really like this guy and it's been three months I've had this crush on him. I don't know what to do! He has asked me out several times for coffee and a beer with his friends so I never get to spend time alone with him. I've asked him out several times like to the movies and stuff but he works a lot and barely has time to do anything else... so I don't know if I should keep on asking him out and going after him. We talk a lot on the phone and he sends me songs and very cool stuff and there is definitely flirting buuuut he won't move his ass and I won't move mine!! He's also a good friend of the family and I don't want to loose him!!! What should I do???? SOS PLEASE
