advice for a friend

Okay so my friend wants to have a baby so bad. We miscarriaged about 2 years ago around the same time & ever since then she's wanted to try again but her husband keeps saying no. She works night shift and he literally says " he doesn't want to have to do all the work because she's on nights " and they can't " afford one ". I'm looking for advice on how she should try to talk to him & tell him how much this means to her.
