did I have a miscarriage??? (gross picture)

Hi ladies, so a few months ago I think I had a miscarriage. But I'm not for sure. I made the mistake of not going to the doctor right after. And now it's killing me not knowing. I didn't even know that I was pregnant. I would like to post a picture and if someone who know about this could tell me if they think that's what it is, that would be helpful. It's kind of gross so there's a warning. But I would really appreciate the help to figure this out. I want to know if I've been sad and crying for no reason (because it wasn't a miscarriage) or if I was right and that's what it was, unfortunately.
