Hello, its kami trying to conceive for 18 months, im 29 years old, this cycle took gonal f and trigger shot then progesterone suppositories. I got a weird short watery period 1 day earlier, it wAsnt heavy as usual and it was watery(looks like blood+water) last 2 days,3rd day nothing at all,4rd day got a tiny pink spotting then nothing.took  3 days after this period test and bfn, could it be IB? Or no need to do the blood test? Also i  still have backache and twinges like pms but not wild, usually i dont get twinges and backache after period.thanks
