Freaking Progesterone Suppositories...looking for advice

Hi ladies! I am not sure how common progesterone suppositories are in the fertility treatment world, but my doc has prescribed them to me for my last 5 cycles. I hate these stupid things!!! I am looking for advice or experience on how you have handled the uncomfortable and messy after effects of the suppositories. Short of changing panty liners every 5 minutes and (TMI and I am sorry) using flushable wipes to clean my lady bits I am at a loss of what else to do. It's really getting to me.
