Fiancé is freaking out

So my fiancé is stressing hardcore.. which is in turn stressing me out. Our son is due April 7, he will most likely be here earlier since he is measuring big and I've already began contracting.. so, he's due beginning of April, we have to move the end of May because our lease is up, my family moved away (3 hours) and his family is only an hour away so we are moving towards them, but we have to get a 2 bedroom instead of our 1 bedroom we have now.. those run about $900-$1200 a month and I've been out of work due to a difficult pregnancy so it's all been him and we've been fine, have everything we need and SO MUCH EXTRA we won't have to buy for months I'm sure, except formula. How do I calm him down.. of course when we move I will begin working again.. but any advice on what to say to him to help him calm down.. we are going to be okay and I know that but he's not confident and when he's not.. I'm not. This post is half rant/seeking advice. Just don't know what else to say to help him!
