first ultrasound today! encouragement please

I'm so nervous. My symptoms have dropped off a little bit. Still have serious nausea. Boobs are not as sore. Just scared after 2 miscarriages. Any words of encouragement?? Anyone else's symptoms somewhat dropped off and everything was fine on the ultrasound?
