Is this my bloody show or is something wrong?

37 weeks pregnant. Felt a wet feeling in bed went to the toilet and was peeing this with some discharge. Blood is bright red also some minor cramping. Any advice would be appreciated. Should I wake my fiancé? Should I call the hospital....? Tia xx

I've just gone in to the hospital turns out that was my waters and if I havnt had Bub by the 12th I will be induced. 
So scary to think in a few days I'll be a mummy 😟😟💙

Bloody show is more like mucus with a little streak of blood. If you had sex recently it could just be from that, but it's worthy of a call to your dr or the triage nurse at your practice.
