Please do not use castor oil. It causes you to have diarrhea and can also have he same affect on baby, because it passes the placenta. Sex, walking and squats is what I did. If you have sex, make sure he cums inside you, as sperm contains prostaglandins which help ripen/soften the ceevix :)
