pissed about first ultrasound

So I had my first us at 6+4. The screen was NOT facing me. She faintly heard my baby's heartbeat but didn't tell me how many bpm it was. She didn't tell me how far along I measured. How is this considered a viability us when I left just as unsure as I did going in??? But anyway. Here's my ultrasound. Does it look normal to you? Post yours.
