Natera panorama test

My dr gave me the stuff today to get the panorama test done in two weeks. I have atena insurance. Has anyone had any experience with this test and how heavy of a bill was it? I keep reading different things, and online it says after my deductible it'll be $136, buuuuut I also read it's only about 2-300 if you do self pay?
