fetal doppler

So I did it! I bought a fetal Doppler. Because I'm impatient and I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy and also I have my first appointment on the 17th that feels like forever. But anyways I tried it as soon as I got home and I couldn't find the heartbeat. I was bummed went and picked up my kids and tried again after I had showered and calmed down. And I found it!!! But here's the thing I moved it to a different spot I found another heart beat... so I don't think it's twins. Could it be that the baby moved in that direction very fast???
