Positive Natural Birth Experiences??

I am really only looking for positive comments, please. I know there are lots of negative experiences, and I am not naive to the possibilities. I am keeping an open mind with my birth plan, and of course will do whatever is necessary for my baby and myself. But it has been my experience that there is an overflow of people eagerly waiting to dump on my plan (without my asking for their opinions) or take it as the perfect opportunity to share their birth stories turned horrid. And it has started to wear on this first time momma.
