anyone else 😣

So 2 days ago I was in labor and delivery for Braxton hicks coming at every 7 minutes. Baby's heart rate was low so they gave me 2 bags of fluid and sent me home because I was at a 0. Contractions eased up but didn't stop. Now they're back and they're ever 5-6 minutes apart but still not painful. What's going on ? I'm definitely not dehydrated so idk why I'm contracting so much !?
