I had been TTC for 6 months and on my 7th month followed the SPEM (sperm meets egg method) exactly and it worked for us! I highly recommend it. So hopefully you've already had sex within the last 24-48 hours, now do it for 3 days in a row, skip a day, one more day for good measure, and you should be well covered!

I would BD now and and again in the next couple of days - you can really ovulate anytime after you get a positive and it's best to have the sperm there waiting then the egg drops in! The day I get s positive opk is the day I ovulate! I'd get busy now !!
