stoping physical job?

Twins when do you quit a physical job? It's getting hard 18 weeks

I teach yoga and fitness classes.  I'm 8w2d right now and it's hard, I just mark it through the moves and give verbal cues without doing much myself.  I get winded super fast.  I'm not sure how long I'll last. It might get to the point where I'm just standing there telling them what to do for an hour but I don't know when that will be.  I'm taking it a week at a time.  We'll budget and be thrifty and make it work!

I stopped nursing (bedside) at 35 weeks :) those 12 hour shifts were getting to hard 😕

Definitely interested. I train horses for a living and teach riding lessons.

Dr has already nixed riding or lifting anything over 25lb (hay bales/feed bags all weigh 50+lbs) and I'm only 6w. I assumed I'd be able to teach/turn out/feed (not dump feed bags but scoop and deliver etc) until I was ready to pop. Is that unrealistic?

I stopped working out at 16 weeks. I can't imagine what a physical job would have been like with twins in there! It was exhausting enough just being.

I stopped working at 25 weeks. It was harder in the end. I was a Barista at a very busy coffee shop. 8 hours on my feet. I am glad its over.

I'm still working at my 29 weeks. I have to admit it has been getting extremely hard in the past few weeks. My job involves me walking up and down with patients in and out of rooms and mostly on my feet, but for the past few weeks I have been getting out of breath and sitting down in the exam rooms and at my desk more often. Will be trying to hold on as much as I can since I plan to stay at home for 3 months once the boys arrive.

My advise is hold on as much as you can and your body tells you. Good luck twin momma.
