Advice?

My hubby and I have been trying for about 5 months now. (Backstory: my birth control prevented me from having a period for 5 years) Ever since I got off BC, my periods have been regular. The last day of my last period was 1/30. I was suppose to start a week ago, and still nothing. All pregnancy tests have been BFN's😒 I've had no real symptoms, so I went to my Dr today and they took blood work to tell me for sure. My question is, has anyone ever been in a similar situation with good news as the outcome? I'm worried I panicked with no reason to.
