Paraplegic father in law problems!!

So my father in law had an accident couple of months ago he lost movement from his waist down anyways we have to take care of him financially and physically because he has no one but his son(my hubby) and me here +my parents.his wife and other 3 kids live in another country a poor country also.after his discharge from the hosp my parents took him in their house cuz they had more space and a room for him, cuz we live in a small mobile home. Before his accident he had lived with me which was hell he hated me always made ugly comments in front of me.Anyways my parents are getting there house foreclosed so now he has to come live with us. He is so controling and always makes it seem he gets treated badly.my dad even changes hid diaper and he talks bad about my dad all the time.im so overwhelmed with everything and scared when he comes and lives here i dont want problems with my hubby but its his dad so i cant refuse to let him stay + he is paraplegic.i feel like its time for him to go back to his wife and its her responsibility to take care if him now and let us live comfortably, were always going to support financially.he knows how to manipulate my hubby so he will feel bad for him we give him money each week we have given up so much for him plus we have a 3 yr old and want another one but how with him wanting all the attention to him all the time and even before his accident he was difficult and rude.what would you do?
