Hey ladies, today I had my 39 Week 4 day appointment. Dr checked me and I'm 1cm dialeted and 80% effeaced. All day after the appointment I've been crampy (feeling like I'm gonna get my period.) Also have had back pain from my mid back down.(the pain is almost when u lay down too long and ur back is stiff) My due date is Sunday, March 12. I'm unsure on what I should do.
