Two Pairs?

If you have to wear pads... anyone else wear two pairs of panties to keep their pad nice and close to their body? I've done this since I can remember because I've hated the feeling of my pad lose and it also stops it from leaking out the side when I sleep at night.

So just me..? Haha! 😅😅😅

yeap, did this when I had my periods when I was 13-14 and it felt really comfortable having 2 pair of underwear. so now 8 years later, I wear 2 pairs even when I'm not on my period 😅 I change them everyday, so go through them pretty quickly, but it's some kind of comfort 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes I have done this before until I discovered they have special panties that you put on top of your pantries for that. They also have some that support your belly if your a heavy cramper like myself I load down on tea pamperin and through a heating pad right in them suckers and keep right on stepping

I do this! I'm so scared it's gonna leak through that's why I do it. In reality I wear two pads, two pairs of underwear and a bloody tampon. My flow is really heavy so gotta be careful
