24 Hour Flu

We don't know if we are pregnant yet but have tried really hard this last cycle. Yesterday I came down with the flu - seems like it might be 24 hour cause I'm feeling better this morning. But I had a fever, body aches and was vomiting. If I am pregnant - would this have hurt anything? All I took was a cup of lemon and ginger tea and let my body fight it off naturally.
