maybe faint line/ bleeding for less than a day?

Question

The other day I had a pinching pain near my ovary area. A little while later I have extremely light (could hardly see it) brown color when I went to the bathroom. Then yesterday evening I went to the bathroom and have a small amount of red blood only on the tissue. I put on a panty liner and the next time I went to the bathroom there was a couple of red spots on the liner and red on the tissue. So I thought my period had come at 10dpo. Woke up this morning with nothing on my liner and it had completely stopped. Would you consider that a period or maybe implantation bleeding? I have pcos so I my cycles are kinda crazy. Took a test yesterday morning and I don't think I see anything.

So just an UPDATE: yesterday had absolutely no bleeding at all and not a single cramp. Today (TMI, only when I wipe) there is very light pink blood on the tissue but no cramps. Still not convinced it's a period, but not totally sure it's IB either. Ugh this waiting game is the worse.

If it's implantation bleeding you have to wait at least 2 days for your body to have enough Hcg to be able to be detected on a pregnancy test! Sounds like it was too me! Check with fmu on 12dpo! Goodluck! Update!
