my best friends mom just died. i've known my friend since we were preschoolers and her mom is like my second mom. i can't believe she's gone. it's so unreal that i haven't even shed a tear. i really don't know what to do or how to comfort my best friend. i've never had to deal with anything like this before. what do i do
