I need help please! :(

I havent had a cycle for 3 months..so i made an appt with my obgyn amd she put me on a medicin for 5 days and i got a cycle in feb...it is now march and i was suppose to get my cycle 2 days ago but still havent gotten it. I took a test and it was negative... what is happening??? i dnt have pcos or anything like that
