Itchy vagina 😩😭😭😪 Please help!

So I have a history of getting Uti's, mainly from having intercourse. My last one was 2 weeks ago. I went to the doctors and finished my prescription. Me and my boyfriend have sex everyday up to 2-3 times a day and he's on the large side 🍆 (Gotta love black men) lol I always follow what the doctors tell me "Wipe front to back" OBVIOUSLY! "Make sure you and your partner are clean" "Pee before and after sexual intercourse" .. Right after me and him had rough sex I felt my vagina start to itch (2 days ago) Right where the hole is, the clit, and not on the lips but near it. Also, it's red and looks a little irritated. What could this be? Uti symptoms? Let me just add the fact that me and him are clean! I appreciate your response ladies!
