I want to be a teacher horribly. Im nearly 20 so I'm getting a late start. I'm married. I live in America. I want to shape young minds and help them achieve great things. I want them to have passion. I'm thinking maybe highschool or college. But I want to know if it's worth it. My husband is very money conscious and I am too. We have to look at this realistically. Do you make a substantial amount of money with your teaching job? Is it worth the amount of money you make? These are my two main questions. Others are can you find steady employment easily? Do you achieve your aspirations in your field? Do you still love your job? How expensive are the student loans after it's all said and done? How expensive is it to follow your career? What's the pro's and cons basically? Would I succeed? I am so poor that I only have one shot at a degree and if I do this it needs to be a successful endeavor. I hope I get good feedback. Just answer any questions you can and do your best to try to convince me to do it or not do it. Thanks guys.
