How many people have experienced bleeding with light cramps during the first trimester? I had a 6 week ultrasound two days ago and we got to see the baby and a heartbeat!! Then the day after I started bleeding with light cramps. It seems sort of like a period (which I was supposed to start today) it's definitely not spottting. It's red/pink and there is quite a bit. I'm worried I'm having a miscarriage... but my doctor wants me to wait to see if it gets worse and then do another ultrasound. I'm not sure what to think.
