So I made 20 weeks today. I took the quad screening on Wednesday and got my results yesterday 1:8 positive Downs Syndrome now I have to have a detailed ultrasound. I was not aware of the accuracy of the test and have read it gives many many false positives. I'm extremely nervous! My mothers says the same thing happen to her while pregnant with me. It's just so nerve wrecking. I will love my child regardless but of course a mother wants the best for her child. This is my first child. I have Ulcerative Colitis and PCOS. Anyone had a false positive?
