Does anyone have any tips on dealing with restless foot syndrome? I used to get this every now and then when I was in high school but this year all of a sudden it's almost every night. I'm having such a hard time sleeping. It's specially difficult when my son wakes up in the middle of the night because his diapers wet, that's when it hits me and it's almost always my left foot that keeps me up for at least an hr.
