Hope about being a single and first time mom

Is there any moms out there who can give me some hope about being a first time mom AND single ... give me some hope that someday I'll find someone who will actually care about me and my daughter ... I'm so scared to do this alone and so scared I won't find anyone. My child's father is still in the picture but he tortures me with head games I just want to forget about him and move on but I feel like he's the only one that I could ever be with because I have his child. I just wanna be free from him.
