brown discharge

I went for my first OB exam this past Tuesday...he did a pap and a pelvic exam. He tried to find the heart beat with a Doppler but only being 9 weeks said it was nearly impossible. Also, I have a tilted uterus which makes it even harder with a Doppler. Three days later I developed brown spotting. So far I've had it for two days. It's not a whole lot but concerning to me. My nurse said it could be normal and if it persists over the weekend to come in Monday for a scan. Also, I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms except for breast tenderness and that seemingly went away away too ☹️☹️Has anyone went through this and everything was fine?
