I layed down almost all day yesterday to get my swelling down and was up for two hours around dinner just to have it come right back 😔! 34 weeks tomorrow with twins and I can't wait to have them so this swelling will go away!!

Awh😟 my swelling is horrible too. My doctor just tested me for preclampisa this week, or I should say did a urine test for proteins since my blood pressure is low. Came back fine. But my feet ache so much by the end of the day. Have you found anything that helps?

I have to keep shoes on to keep my feet from swelling. So I put on some kind of tennis shoe or slip ons in the morning before my feet have a chance to swell and then leave them on until I get ready for bed. I stay on my feet most of the day.

Mine just started at 35 weeks 😩 I thought I was in the clear, but nope. They come on if I sit too long at work. If I'm up moving around I'm totally fine. Super uncomfortable though!

this was me my last pregnancy!! the struggle is real! remember to bring SLIP on shoes when you are at the hospital because you most likely will still be very swollen and any shoes that aren't slip on wont fit! (my big mistake last time!)

My feet are horrible too!! Wrap them in cabbage for a few hours!! Releases some pressure and drink lots and lots of water
