Am so depressed😖😖 should i tell him??

Well..
I do not know what to do..
Or even why am I depressed..
And suddenly I began to listen to 'Mad World' by 'Gary Jules'..
And my boyfriend knows that am pissed off..
But I deny his words..
And don't wanna him know..
And we r new couples..
Which I don't know what to tell him??

You don't have to get into it right away, but it's good to have communication especially when you're not feeling your full self. When I'm having a bad mental week I usually tell my boyfriend that I'm feeling down, or just tell him that I'm just mentally not feeling well. He also has some of the same issues though so he's very good at understanding how I'm feeling

I was in the same boat as you and still am...I told my boyfriend and he was very understanding... I have a lot of days where I'm like this and when he figures it out he always tries to cheer me up and sometimes it works...at first I didn't want to tell him because I was so nervous on how he was gonna react and now I'm really glad I told him 😊 I'm sure if he cares about you he'll understand and will try and help you get through it 😊 good luck on what you decide

I know how hard it is to talk to your SO about your mental health, but the only way that he can help is if you talk about it. He needs to know when you need space, or something else, to help you work through your situation.
I did not want to tell mine about my anxiety/depression, but after I did, not only did I feel so much better, it really helped our relationship. For the first time, I felt like I could trust a guy with my mental "problems".  I hope that you can have this same trust in your relationship. Hopefully, you will get through this soon, but even if you don't, keep your chin up buttercup 😘
