Braxton hicks or real contractions.
Im about 30 weeks pregnant and I've been to the birthing center about two times already bc of early contractions, the first time was last month and the second time was this past Tuesday. I've been hurting a little today so how would I know if it's Braxton hicks contractions or real contractions?
