26 weeks 3rd trimester?

Okay, I got this notification but I thought 27 weeks started your third trimester. Am I wrong or is glow?

I'm 28 weeks pregnant today and still haven't gotten a notification saying i am in my third trimester. I know though that I have been for about two weeks mathematically speaking. 85 more days till my little girl arrives.

That's weird, yeah starts at 27 weeks...Maybe they are just extra happy for you to be to the 3rd so they couldn't wait a week. Lol.

It's because You've hit 26 but have started into your 27th week.

I usually consider third trimester 27 weeks or even 28 and I know insurance says 28 because that's the soonest I can order my pump?

Everyone says different stuff.  I live in the biggest city in North Carolina and go to the 2nd largest healthcare providers practice and all of their obgyns say 26 weeks, my health insurance however doesn't define it until 28 weeks. They're not going to agree and I don't mind
