stuck in love

Soooooo. I had dated a guy almost 5/6 years ago and we ended things because we were just in different pages of life. Later that year, I got with someone who I had known for almost 4 years prior, but just as friends. Well he and I dsted for three years and we just broke up because things weren't working anymore. The first guy before him, is now in the service and the last theee times he's been home, we have seen each other but only as friends because I didn't want to disrespect my relationship, I was in. Now, today at work he surprised me since he just came home. And I still get all of those amazing rushed feelings after almost 6 years later. I know I just ended my three year relationship but I am SOOO torn on what to do....
