help! Any words of advice or thoughts?? vvvfl and bleeding 5 days before af

So I have no clue what is going on, I am 9-10 dpo, I started spotting about 4 days ago( it's been light-medium and no af symptoms)  my lh has gone back up as I am now getting possitives on OPKS and possible a vvvfl on hpt ( like a light pinkish shadow) but I'm still having spotting. Af isn't due for another 5ish days. So what the heck is going on?! Implantation bleeding? Early AF? Just weird mid cycle bleeding? Is this something to be concerned about? How much blood should be concerning?  Help 😩

About 5 days before my period I had cramping and light brownish spotting for about a day. I thought it was an early period, but took a test and it was positive. It could be implantation bleeding. I'm now at 8 weeks with a healthy lil nugget. Good luck!
