Husband won't help to care for sick baby

We have 3 kids and our youngest is 6mo. So far he's been great but two days ago for the first time he got a bad fever thatvwouldnt come down even with Tylenol. And he's been crying all night not letting me sleep! I asked my husband to help me out at night but he refuses, he says there is no point in him being awake with me, and make us both suffer?! Took the baby to the ER today and he had a ear infection, I'm beyond exhausted I haven't slept in 2 days and was hoping he will share the load tonight since his fever and pain get worse at night. He told me he won't help, and that I can do it myself. Also he said it's a woman's job. I told him that it his child too and he need to share the load at night so I can get rest since I have 3 kids to care of and I breastfeed the baby since he was born!!!! I'm so sick of him !
