Does anybody know what these letters mean? Am I contracting ??

Isint the hospital suppose to tell you that since you are there lol?

And trust me you'd feel a contraction

The toco monitors your contractions. Each contraction will look like a little mountain. Your baby's heart rate is the US (ultrasound) and it has good variability and is within the normal range :) I'm a nurse in L&D so I'm happy to help!
