Hello everyone, hope everyone is good n enjoy thier pregnancy,my question is that beef broth or chickenbroth or any soups are safe in pregnancy?????i m on my first tremister i fell my bones are weak as before so I thought beef broth is mineral full n make my bones strong.plz suggest me
