My baby is going to be 1 month on wed. I started to pump so my husband could help with the night feedings. Right now when he gets up to give a bottle I also have to get up and pump Bc my breasts get so full and hurt. This defeats the purpose of me being able to sleep. I find if I don't pump at night by the time I breastfeed again at 4am I am beyond uncomfortable and my baby has a hard time latching. I also pump after our morning feeding at 6am and then if I am able to I pump after some feedings throughout the day. Am I setting myself up to have an over supply? Is there anything I can change so I don't have to pump in the middle of the night? Any pumping schedule suggestions would be great.
