9 month old physical !👨🏻‍⚕️

I just took my baby to his 9 month physical and they checked him for anemia and he did come out with some and they gaved him drops to take once a day.

Has any mom gone thru this ???

I'm scared ftm and idk what did I do wrong i think I feed my baby how I suppose to.if so can you explain your experience .Did you add some special food?
