Anxiety Meds😥
So, I just came back from the psychiatrist and she told me that I would begin the process of weaning me off of Xanax to a less stronger anxiety medicine. I'm so scared because I've been on it for two years and I don't know what to expect. Half of the things I've been able to do were solely because I was taking strong anxiety meds.
