Induction after Growth Scan?

Has anyone been sent to be induced after a 38 week growth scan? I had a scan with my first son at 40 +2 and they thought he was going to be 11lbs, so I was sent to be induced. I'm much smaller this time so I am hoping for a smaller baby, but the doctor said he could be hiding really well. 
If you were sent to be induced, what was the reasoning behind it? 
I am so not prepared this time around 🙈 Thanks in Advance!
