Do u wait till full term before shoving evening primrose inside or is 36 weeks fine to start? I asked my OB and he had no idea what it was.... I've been taking orally since 35w?

I was previously told not to try anything like that until 38/39 weeks.

I'd wait until at least 37 and would consider 39 even better, babies do a lot of finishing up work in the final weeks and days.

I believe vaginally is not supposed to be until after 37 weeks. I've been using it and so far nothing 😐 39+4
