just had my membrane sweep
Went in today at 9am and got swept. I'm 38/1 and I'm 3cm and 75% effaced. My doctor said he'd probably see me in labor tonight lol I'm just crampy mainly in my butt/hip/back area but nothing to crazy other than the few that have shot down to my lady bits! I've walked about a mile, bounced on my ball and done some lunges. Can anyone else recommend anything to help me really kick start labor?

I also lost my plug last week and just now when I went pee there was tons of brown/red blood in my liner. Filled the whole thing up. I know spotting is normal but all my spotting I had earlier stopped around noon and it was red. This wasn't like spotting. It looked like a period but brownish. It wasn't there 30 mins ago 🤔
