Best Antidepressant Compatible with Breastfeeding???

Have taken antidepressants in past so I'm no stranger. Went entire pregnancy unmediated wouldn't even take a Tylenol. Proud of that. Now I'm needing some help tho... 3 weeks pp and having my same old anxiety creep back up along with a general low morale/unhappiness & a hard time managing daily tasks and not zoning out. Heard nortriptyline (pamelor) & Zoloft are best for breastfeeding mommas. Opinions???
