7month old waking at night more than twice

My 7month old keeps on waking up more than 2x at night 😩😩😩 she was so much better when she was 4 and 5 month old. But ever since we moved and she went through teething, her sleeping is so messed up. Even when taking naps... She used to be ok to be left on her own. Now putting her down on bed for naps involves crying. She wants to be held. 😭 help! Any tips to make her sleep through the night again?
