Sorry for tmi, but when I'm about to get AF, I get a heavy ache sort of feeling around the entrance to my vagina and what feel like it might be just inside. Does anyone else get this?

Currently having this feeling 4 days before AF is due which is early for me to get this feeling than usual and wondering whether this has ended up being a bfp sign for anyone? I have some early cramps and my breasts hurt but my breasts usually hurt around a week before AF. They started hurting this time around 2dpo for the first time ever.
