Eating Enough?

Question

am i eating enough for my baby to grow i only eat twice a day sometimes nun i lost ten pounds since i been pregnant dont no food makes me happy but fruits so i try to eat alot of fruits but i know my baby won't grow on just fruits idk what to do i try forcing myself to eat but it doesn't work it makes me sick can someone help.

Baby will get all nutrients from your body regardless. You on the other hand your body will pay the price🙈

Well it was put to me baby only eats when you eat. I try to eat 4 small meals a day and sometimes it's not so easy with my work schedule. I would get snacks if you can't get a meal in.

You need to eat 5-6 times daily while pregnant
You need 70+ grams of protein daily along with fruits, veggies, whole grains, and dairy.

Some weight loss is normal in early pregnancy. I lost 15 pounds with my first and ten pounds so far with this one. By second trimester, your appetite should come back. Focus on what you can keep down and what appeals to you for now :)
